Water Hand Pump £400

In rural Bangladesh, poor people have been using water from nearby ponds, canals and rivers, which are heavily polluted. They do not have any method of sanitising the water, which has caused many children, the elderly and the weak to die or become seriously ill.

Access to safe drinking water can transform lives. The gift of a tube well will ensure that up to many villagers have access to clean water for drinking, washing and cooking in areas of extreme poverty, where access to essential water and hygiene facilities are not readily available.

MPF Hand pump project aims to provide safe, clean drinking water to those most in need.
